Hi, I’m 17 years old and I’m 5’11”-6’00” and weigh around 155. My sport is soccer and I play as goalkeeper so it’s important for me to be explosive while remaining agile and as light as possible. I’ve been working out for almost two years, aiming for the lean, but built body. I tried going at it without protein but ultimately decided to use whey protein- which has helped a was wondering if adding NO to my work out will help me reach my goal. I bought Body Fortress whey protein and NOS, will this make me bulk up too much? Should I stay away from carbs? and I’m waiting to hit a growth spurt(My dad and big brother are 6’2″) should I stay away from certain workouts, or should I just cut it altogether to be able to reach my maximum height? I work out 4-6 days a week for 2-3 hours.
