RAD 140 has the most diversity in terms of the fitness goals it can be used for. Therefore, you cannot go wrong researching this compound if you have simple fitness goals (cutting, bulking, endurance, etc.).

Testolone really shines in the bulking category though. This is due to how anabolic RAD 140 is and its lack of androgenic side effects. Hence, bulking is what I am going to suggest it for.

The ideal researcher would have few SARM cycles under their belt and would be looking to pack on some mass.

I would research testolone for 8-12 weeks while dosing 15-12 mg/day taken in the morning upon waking up.

Ideal researchers can also cutting with Testolone. They would research 5-10 mg/day for 8-12 weeks. I personally recommend 5 mg/day because of how anabolic and powerful RAD 140 is.

Always directly follow your research cycle with a full post cycle therapy phase .

Ideal researchers have experience with PEDs and other SARMs. Hopefully, they would a few cycles under their belt before researching Testolone.

You can read more about my experience researching RAD 140 here and here .

The product that I used for my Testolone research was Fierce by Kodiak Labs. They have really developed a kick ass product here. It has a fair market price, 5 mg/capsule, 90 capsules per bottle and it is great quality.

Plus you do not have to deal with offshore credit processors that will freeze your bank account when buying it.

Hi There. I was wondering if anafranil causes hair loss. My psychiatrist said that it didn’t, as it was not listed as a side effect, but I totally disagree with him. After one week of being on anafranil, 50 mg., I noticed my hair was falling out; my hair would be everywhere and it has become extremely frustrating. My questions are if anafranil is causing my hair loss, would the hair loss stop over time while taking anafranil; is it possible to see side effects, like my hair loss, one week after being on anafranil? My hair loss is definitely from anafranil as that is the only recent medication that I have been put on. I am on wellbutrin and risperdal, and have been on for a few months and did not experience any hair loss/shedding until I started anafranil. Any answers to this dilemma would be greatly greatly appreciated. As I am sure you can imagine, I am sick about this. Which is more important, my mental health, or thinning and shedding hair? It is a hard decision.

Jacob Lund/Shutterstock The latest thinking on bad backs is that after some initial rest, you want to get moving. Walking is especially good for you because it helps you stay loose. Physical therapy and other strength-and-flexibility regimens can play a crucial role in keeping the back strong and stable. If you're a runner though, take it easy because running (after months of rest) could reignite the pain. According to Stephen Massimi, MD, of the Hospital for Special Surgery, it's best to ease into running to find how much you can tolerate. Distance running may be too much, but running shorter stretches, or doing run-walk intervals, should be fine. His best tip on exercise and physical therapy: "It shouldn't hurt. Don't try to push through pain."

Yes . Although there are no signs of organ strain from the studies, I would rather be safe than sorry. Just like with my post cycle therapy.

You want to do your best to minimize heart and liver strain while on cycle. Along with an a suicidal estrogen blocker to combat hikes up in estrogen levels.

Estrogen levels can also tend to rise a bit when testosterone levels go up dramatically. This is so you body hormonal levels stay balanced.

That is why it is great to have arimistane on hand, in case you are prone to side effects from slightly higher levels of estrogen. These reasons are why I recommend on cycle therapy.

I suggest Arimacare Pro by Olympus Labs . This product has liver and heart support in it as well as 50 mg of Arimistane.

When male breast-reduction surgery is performed by a qualified cosmetic surgeon, complications are infrequent and usually minor. Our surgeons have been re-sculpting male breasts for many years. Nevertheless, as with any surgery, there are risks. These include infection, skin injury, excessive bleeding, adverse reaction to anaesthesia, and excessive fluid loss or accumulation. The procedure may also result in noticeable scars, permanent pigment changes in the breast area, or slightly mismatched breasts or nipples. If asymmetry is significant, a second procedure may be performed to remove additional tissue. The temporary effects of breast reduction include loss of breast sensation or numbness, which may last up to a year.
